Description of the diagrams

If a crossbow and an arrow is defined, you can see the diagram with the Setting value or the point in the sight, where the target should appear. Click at: "Edit"->"Crossbow,Arrow,Range and Angle". In this dialog, there are two lists with arrows and crossbows. Select an arrow and a crossbow by clicking at the entry. Then fill in the textfields. The range in Meter and the angle in degree. The angle is the angle between the horizontal line and the line from the crossbow to the target. If the target is in a horizontal line away from the shooter, the angle is 0°. If the target is exactly above the shooter, the angle is 90°.Click on "ok" to close the window.

Shootgeometrie at a angle(D) uphill for example. The angle D is the value, you should fill in at the textfield H (look at the next picture) for the angle. C ist the range.

A

Crossbow

B

Target point

C

Range

D

In this case, it is a shoot uphill – this is the Angle in degree.

E

Angle to compensate the graphity

F

Height of the sight

H

Trajectory (red line)

I

Setting angle for the sight(MOA)

J

Eye

K

horizontal direction

L

parallel line to the Arrow

M

Line of the Sight

Z

Sight

Green Line

Trajectory without the gravity

The green lines on the upper diagram shows the setting-value at the given range.

B

C

Open the Window with the lists of arrows and crossbows.

D

E

F

Settings for the first diagram

G

Settings for the second Diagram

H

Zero if the target is in horizontal direction. A positiv angle if the target is uphill.

I

Number of the crosshair.

J

Zero range

K

Initial range

L

DiametersoftheTargetcircles.Edit this by click „edit“ -> „Sightdiagramappearance“. Click a valuein the list „Target circles“ and edit this in the textfield nearby.

M

This curve shoes you, where you have to aim at a specific range. Actually if youwant to shoot at 47 Meters you have to aim between the crosshair nr. 3and Nr. 4.

N

Shows the range, duration and the velocity and energy when the arrow hit the target.

O

The custom defined target circles.

P

Shows the devitation in Millimeters, if you take this crosshair at the given range (actually 47m).

Q

You can define angles to shooting uphill or downhill. This value is the angle in degree of the hill.

R

Trajectory (height of the trajectory in Meters). This is the height to the line fo sight.

S

Duration in seconds.

T

Velocity in Meters per Seconds

U

Energy in Joule

V

Shows the given Range

W

The angle between the line of bore and the line of sight at the crosshair with angle ofzero.Normally is this the first crosshair with number0.

X

The angle between the crosshair Nr. 0 and the crosshair with the number.

Y

Line of sight
